About me
I want to help people. In the last few years there is a growing number of home owners having problems with their mortgages or need to sell but cannot because they owe more on their mortgage than their house is currently worth. That is why I recently became a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), so I can help owner understand their options and avoid foreclosure which could have lasting financial effects.

I also work with home owners that do not have distressed properties as well as those looking to buy a house. In the past I specialized in investment property and am still an expert in that area.
